Rolla Kabbouche

Her technique consists of covering the canvas with bold strokes of colors that are layered to accentuate the lushness and texture of the painting. She then will concentrate on reaching a delicate balance of intense main colors, and spots of contrasting colors for which uncovered spaces are left up until the very first stroke of color, and moves on until the painting reaches maturity.

Rolla uses mixed media on canvas and wood in a figurative naïve style paintings rich in texture, with vibrant, spirited colors and vividly expression.
